The interspacial field generator generates a gravatational field that encircles the regular starfleet shields and it is made soly to block gravitational forces. The field is projected from the main deflector array. It draws almost 32% of the warp core's energy. While traveling at warp and using this field to be safe only travel at warp 6.529.

History:

After traveling through a wormhole, which leads to the Delta Quadrant. The gravitational forces within the wormhole damaged portions of the ship. The Chief Engineering Officer, N'Vek, hypothosised that if a interspacial gravatational field was projected around the ship it could protect it from the gravitational forces with a wormhole. After their mission was completed in the Delta Quadrant they decided to go back through the wormhole. The XO, O'Brien, asked N'vek if he could invent this interspacial field generator. After many refines the field generator works perfectly.
