Personal Biography:

Dracus Karta grew up on the Klingon homeworld, Qo' Nos. His father, the Klingon High Commander Telklar Karta, was rarely involved in his life. He was always on missions of honor and battle. He admired his fathers courage and strenght of commandership, but felt somewhat neglected because of his absense. But because of his Klingon culture he had to supress these weak feelings and move on. He became bitter and angry. He didnt care much for family honor as he didnt have quite an involved family.

His honor was only that of his own not of his house or family. And after years of times by himself he felt it was time to contribute to the empire in an honorable way. He joined the Klingon academy, but after a few training sessions he quit. He wanted to do everything his way. He had his own way of doing things.. some unique tactics that he develop for himself, by himself. Even though some of these were much better then the standard Klingon ways the Klingon masters dismissed them and dishonored him.

He wanted to be in a place where he could be free to do his own thing. Other then the old rigid Klingon styles. His father didnt like this quality in his son. He said he was to impulsive and to much of a trouble maker. So he disowned his son for this. Dracus decided to leave the Klingon Empire and join some place that had respect for individuals. He found this place at Star Fleet Academy. He applied and got into the academy. After the academy he was posted to various marine vessels and quickly moved up the ranks and positions. Because of his past experience in the Klingon Empire he was more then worthy of his positions and rank, but he felt he needed to earn his way and continued to work hard and honorabley in the Federation. After years of faithful service he was transferred to the USS Scoperta as the Executive Marine Officer.
