I was born on Romulas in the city of Martak. I went to Romulan Empire Elementary. When I entered the Romulan Star Empire Academy I got high marks in temporal mechanics, ship design, and scientific reasoning. Later I was posted to many ships including Warbirds, science vessels, experimental vessels, and scout ships. Finally I got my own command, but 2 years later I disobeyed an order from the Tal Shiar and got demoted to Lieutenant and placed in detention. After years of low ranks I finally got promoted to sub-commander of a Warbird. I felt I needed a vacation after years of hard work and no rest. I went to Romulas and met a Vulcan man named Ambassador Spock. He taught a seminar on Vulcan Logic. I became a re-unified Romulan that week. I later delivered a message, a sort of status report, from Ambassador Spock to the Federation. I asked for admittance into Star Fleet. Councilors of all kinds reviewed me for any ulterior motive and found none. I was finally excepted.

Chief Instructor Dirk McNeil has asked Dr. Les Jordan about his impressions on Elderly Romulan Cadet NVek. After all, NVek is 108 years of age. This man is more than fully experienced. He is more than just a new cadet seeking application. If Starfleet Command and Star Fleet Intelligence says he is OK, then all must be right.

NVek has been taking minor studies with Dr. Les Jordan. This Romulan has been most brilliant in all of his work. Dr. Les Jordan has also learned a lot from him. Being over 40 years and serving with the Romulan Star Empire in most departments. This person will be a huge asset for Star Fleet.
