Data lowers the forcefield and walks in and tells the security officer to raise the forcefield. Data: I have some more questions for you. Romulan:what is it. Data: What is your reason for being out here? Romulan: we explore different planets in the universe. Data: Then why were you on our ship? Romulan: We need more dilithium. Data:which planet were you going to explore this time? Romulan: A planet called Veridian III Data: Have you been spying on anyone? Romulan: I have answered all your questions. (Data walks out) Data walks back to the bridge. Captain may I speak to you in your ready room. Barlet: sure Data: I just had a conversation with the Romulan in the brig and I have gathered some information which I can not tell if it is true or not. Data: The Romulan said he was exploring different planets in the galaxy and he told me he was on his way to Veridian III. I asked him why he was on our ship he said he needed dilithium. Once I asked him why he was spying he did not answer my question. I would say he is trying to hide something captain.
